Automotive Plastisol Coating, Military Plastisol Coating and Medical Coatings
PDM offers a variety of plastisol coating processes and materials:
Plastisol Dip Coating involves dipping preheated parts into liquid plastisol followed by a postheat cure. This process offers excellent abrasion, corrosion and electrical resistance.
Fluidized Bed Powder Coating involves dipping preheated parts into fine nylon or vinyl powder suspended by air. This process is used when a uniform, dripless coating is required.
